Street Market™ Barbacoa Soft Taco Kit delivers bold Mexican-inspired flavour in just 20 minutes. With smoky-sweet barbecue sauce, guacamole seasoning, and soft tortillas included, it’s a simple way to create tacos at home. Just add beef mince, avocado and onion for a quick and tasty dinner for two. Suitable for vegetarians.
Ingredients
Soft Flour Tortillas (65%): Wheat flour (68%), water, humectant (glycerol), vegetable oil, emulsifier (mono- and di-glycerides of fatty acids), dextrose, raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, sodium acid pyrophosphate), salt.
Contains wheat, gluten.
Barbecue Sauce (31%): Water, sugar, tomato paste, vinegar, lime puree (3%), modified maize starch (1422), honey (2%), garlic, salt, onion powder, smokey chipotle chili (0.1%), spice, food acid (citric acid).
Spice Mix (4%): Dried glucose syrup, salt, dextrose (contain wheat), dried onion, paprika flakes, spices (9%) (cumin, cayenne pepper, coriander, paprika, black pepper, ginger), yeast extract, acidity regulator (citric acid), garlic powder, anti-caking agent (tricalcium phosphate), herbs, vegetable oil, flavour.

Preparation Instructions
Just add:
250g Beef Mince
1 x Small Red Onion thinly sliced
1 x Avocado
1 x Lime
Fresh coriander
TOP TIP: Replace beef mince with chicken or your favorite veggie
substitute!
1. SIZZLE ‘N’ SEASON:
Heat a little oil in a frying pan and sizzle your beef mince for 5 mins or until cooked thoroughly. Add onion and cooking sauce then sizzle for a further 5 mins. In the meantime, prepare your guacamole : split the avocado, remove the seed and the peel and then mash and mix thoroughly with the seasoning mix. Set it aside.
2. HEAT THE TORTILLAS:
Microwave – Pierce the pack and place it in the microwave. Heat for 35 seconds on full power (800 watts). Open the pack and separate tortillas.
Flash in the pan – Heat a pan and toast tortillas for 5 seconds on both sides. Wrap in a tea towel to steam.
3. LOAD ‘EM UP:
Load your tacos with minced beef and guac’. Add fresh coriander and lime to enhance freshness.
